Level I of the Quality Label certifies ongoing attention to a high quality of service.
Level II of the Quality Label also refers to the quality of management. This level is awarded to companies and providers that have been assessed by external inspectors.
The Level III award is given to those companies and providers who have compiled and successfully implemented a comprehensive and internationally recognized Quality Management System (QMS).
